The Beginning of Getting Back to Normal

Well as I expected, there are fewer properties now than there were at my last post. They have gone from 50 to 43 or almost 15% less. I am not surprised as I have predictd that the Vermont foreclosures would decrease in numbers before the rest of the country. Pre-Bubble numbers were about 15 to 20 on the market at any given time and fewer still around 2002-2003. So I think we are heading in the right direction. In any case, here is a list of the newest foreclosures.
